1. Who we are
Designer Vault (vault.the-bubble.shop) is operated by Designer Vault ("we", "us"), selling to customers worldwide. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell digital background packs and vaults: high-resolution image files delivered as instant downloads. Each design is shown on its product page before purchase, with the sizes, formats and license stated.
3. License
What you may and may not do with the files is set out in our commercial license, which forms part of these terms. In short: use them in unlimited personal and commercial projects; do not resell or redistribute the raw files as your own pack or asset.
4. Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by Payhip, which also handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Prices are shown in US dollars. Your order completes when payment is confirmed and the download is made available.
5. Refunds
Our products are instant digital downloads and are non-refundable, subject to the fair exceptions in our refund policy.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
The designs, the site, and the Designer Vault name remain our intellectual property (or our licensors'). Your purchase grants the license above and nothing more. You may not copy or misuse the site, scrape it, or attempt to access it in ways it is not intended.
7. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is". We work hard on quality but do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a product will fit a specific purpose beyond what is described.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled per our privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
