Who we are

This site, Designer Vault (vault.the-bubble.shop), is operated by Designer Vault ("we", "us"), selling to customers worldwide. Questions about this policy: hello@the-bubble.shop.

What we collect

• Information you give us when you email us, request the free download, or ask to join our list: your email address (collected by Payhip when you claim the free product) and anything you include in a message.
• Purchase information when you buy: handled by our checkout provider, Payhip. Payhip collects your name, email and payment details to process the order and deliver the download. We never see or store your full card details.
• Analytics data, only if you accept our cookie notice: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). It is off by default and runs only after you click Accept.
• Basic technical data that any website receives, such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider (Vercel) to serve and secure the site.

We do not sell your personal data, and any analytics or advertising cookies are set only with your consent.

How we use it

• To deliver the products you buy (and the free download you request) and provide the download and license.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To send occasional updates about new packs to people who requested the free download or joined our list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• With your consent, to measure how the site is used (analytics) so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who processes your data

We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each with their own privacy terms: Payhip (checkout, payments and tax), Vercel (website hosting), and Google (Google Analytics, only after you accept cookies). Because we serve customers worldwide, your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the EU and the United States, under these providers' safeguards.

Cookies

When you first visit, we show a cookie notice. By default we set no analytics or advertising cookies. Only if you click Accept do we enable Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic; if you click Decline, analytics stays off. You can change your mind by clearing the site's cookies. When you proceed to checkout, Payhip may set cookies on its own domain that are necessary to complete your purchase.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the processors above to run the store, or where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), these rights apply to you. To exercise any of them, email hello@the-bubble.shop and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Retention

We keep purchase and contact records only as long as needed to provide the product, support you, and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Children

This store is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 16 and over.

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
