Accessibility statement.
We want everyone to be able to browse and buy, whatever device or assistive technology you use. Accessibility is part of the craft here, not an afterthought.

Our commitment
Designer Vault is designed and built to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader and other assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we work toward 2.2 as we grow.
What we have done
- Semantic, well-structured headings and page landmarks, so screen readers can navigate clearly.
- Text and interactive controls meet AA colour-contrast against our dark theme.
- Every image carries descriptive alternative text.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
- We respect your system "reduce motion" setting: smooth-scrolling and animations switch off automatically.
- The site is responsive and remains usable when zoomed, on phones, tablets and desktops.
- We test continuously with automated tools (every page currently passes the Lighthouse accessibility check at 100) alongside manual review.
Where we may fall short
We rely on automated testing and best-effort manual review. The site has not yet been independently audited or certified, so some areas may not be perfect. Checkout is handled by our payment provider, Payhip, whose pages follow their own accessibility standards rather than ours.
Found a barrier? Tell us
If anything is hard to use with assistive technology, please email hello@the-bubble.shop. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We treat accessibility issues as a priority, will work to fix them, and will help you get what you needed in the meantime.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is never finished. We review and improve it as the store grows. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version of this statement.
