All sales are final

Every product is a digital download delivered immediately after payment. Because the files cannot be returned once delivered, all purchases are non-refundable. To help you buy with confidence, every design in a pack is shown on its product page before you purchase, along with the exact sizes, formats and license.

EU and UK buyers

Consumer law normally gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered instantly, that right does not apply once the download has begun. By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you expressly agree that delivery starts immediately and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Fair exceptions

We will always make it right if something is genuinely wrong. Contact us and we will replace the files or, where appropriate, refund you if:

• a file is corrupted, broken or will not download, and we cannot fix it for you;
• you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error;
• the product was materially not as described on its page.
